Recruitment notwithstanding, I kind of question why they would schedule an orientation (even a "late" session) so late anyway?? Ours were at least a month in advance and this is at a school that's an ant to UT's elephant size.
Not to mention, I'm sure that there are sorority women who would like to be orientation leaders and can't because of this.
