Steeltrap, you're absolutely right about that. It reminds me of the Amadou Diallo case back here in NYC. Even though he was shot by police officers in the Bronx, the venue was changed from the city to Albany, our state capital - the judge(s) also felt that the officers would not get a fair trial down here in the city - and they were acquitted for the shooting.

As for the person who videotaped the arrest being arrested himself, I smell a C-O-N-SPIRACY!!!!
