Texas Tech recruitment is almost (if not as) competitive as an SEC recruitment. Ditto what adpiucf said and read her links. Here's some advice I'd give anyone regardless of age, year in school, etc.
1. Registration for Fall 2013 Formal Recruitment will open May 21st
2. Get recs for EVERY group. Contact the Alumnae Panhellenic in your home town if you need help with recs.
3. Clean up your social media....NOW
4. Potential New Members MUST register with the Texas Tech Panhellenic Council even if you register with a local Alumnae Panhellenic Association
5. Keep an open mind
