Who Decides the Bids
I was invited to participate in a chapter's spring recruitment. I did not receive a bid. I know several girls in the chapter, including the VP. I was wondering who has the most say when deciding who gets a bid? The whole process made me question my friendships with these girls especially since I am friends with the Vice President. I feel like she would have a pull in who gets a bid and who doesn't.
