I remember hearing about the 3 Men and a Baby thing when I was about 11. Some kid brought the tape to school and we watched it in PE when it was raining and I thought I saw it. I was so freaked out.
Then my mom explained that more than likely the movie was filmed on a soundstage in LA, not an actual apartment. That calmed me down a LOT. I realized it was more than likely not true and I was just seeing what I thought I should see.
Yes, there really IS a penis on the cover of the Little Mermaid. Its plain as day on the cover, if you know which spire to look at. Animators get bored, they want to leave their own mark on the project, which is how stuff like that happens. There's lots of hidden stuff in Disney. Check out

The thing in Aladdin - I played that part of the tape over and over - if you know that you're supposed to hear 'good teenagers take off their clothes' you can sort of hear it. But its a big stretch.
