I did end up going to the event (it was a nice lunch gathering that met between my classes), and I actually had a pretty good time! I still know that it isn't the right place for me, but I did get that chance to work on conversing with sisters and other girls and assessing what types of people I gravitate towards.
Still haven't gotten anymore invites. Most likely means that's it for this spring rush, so I'll set my sights on getting myself ready for the fall. Thanks everyone.
