I do know Chicago, but it's not exactly the epicenter of GLO-themed clothing. We have a collegiate chapter at Roosevelt University and there may be some items in the bookstore there. You'd probably have more success in Chambana (Champaign-Urbana, University of Illinois) or Bloomington-Normal (Illinois Wesleyan and Illinois State).
