We always did our dress checks during work week. We didn't actually model the clothes - we just brought them and showed each item to the rush chair. It wasn't ideal, though, since if you were missing a clothing item or something was unsuitable, you had to run to the mall pretty much immediately to buy it. (I am convinced that some of my sisters deliberately forgot their Keds or brought torn jeans, just so they could go to the mall and miss an hour or two of painting decorations
) So, UFgirl, your chapter has the right idea.
