Well, we can be sure to look for Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and the NAACP to be involved in THIS.

Trust me, if the boy's family decide to sue, the city would have no choice but to settle the case and pay the family some money. They would be foolish to take this case to court and have a trial - the jury would have total sympathy for the boy, especially once they find out that he has a disability. What's wrong with the LAPD - I guess they haven't learned how to treat people And if the tourists were disturbed by what they saw - shame on those officers.
