To the OP: Remember this... recruitment should equal classic. Think subdued, classy, and sophisticated. If it says no sequins, then don't go with sequins. This isn't necessarily the time you want your clothes to stand out as different. You want your personality to shine, not your shirt. Because trust me, you will be known as the girl with the sequins shirt, not the girl with the sparkly personality. You want to be the girl with the sparkly personality, not the other way around.
