Love the first idea adpiucf! I'll bring it up with the other advisors. I know it must be a bit of a whirlwind for our Alphas who are not only new to sorority life, but a new colony to boot!
We really haven't had any major issues with retention (that I know of), but with 200 new Alphas, I'm sure it's hard to get everyone's thoughts on how each one is doing.
