I'm sorry that you are being called out on shit, but seriously there are rules and you have to follow them. There is this wonderful thing called "mandated reporting", you can't decide what gets reported and what doesn't if a teacher reports to you. Also, the super fabulous IEP's MUST be IMPLEMENTED in their entirety! You do not get to question them, nor do you get to allow teachers not to follow them. As AP YOU MUST enforce them and I'm sorry that you have decided that you don't want to do that.
It is not my job, as a teacher, to do your job as the AP. There is no reason for you to be taking shit out on me. Pull the stick out of your ass.
