It depends on the particular rush rules of the school.
At my school, if a rushee was good friends or roommates with a woman in a sorority, that sister had to alert panhel and let them know.
It might be best to be careful what you discuss. Discussing greek life in general may be okay, but houses in particular would be a no-no.
However, if you do talk about, do it in private so no one else knows about it. If you're out to lunch somewhere on or near campus with her talking about it, and someone overhears you, that could easily turn into a rush infraction.
But each school has different ways of handling those situations. Contact the Greek Life office.
