She is not "guaranteed" a bid if she does that but the odds are very high that she will get one of the three. And the reason we say it isn't guaranteed is because she could commit some dreadful faux pas, reveal some "sordid" information about herself or a chapter could find out something last minute that no one knew before thar deems her not desirable - if you get my drift. Or as some of us say, she is very friendly with the entire football team. It is unusual in this day with RFM for one not to get a bid if one maximizes one's options - and is willing to accept a bid from any of the ones she lists.
