If the school is in any way publicly funded by the government they need to allow you on campus. According to Higher Education Act of 1965 and amended in 1998 Title 1 section 112 they cannot keep you from excercising your right to assemble and speak. Those are Amendments 1 and 14 in the Constitution. Just look for it on Google and it will come up. Try HR 6.
