Same here for the most part (I'm from Charleston, SC).
At work, I'm in constant contact with people from all around the country. Having to work with these people via phone allows for a lot conversation. People will ask where I'm from and are really surprised when I tell them. It seems as though those from the Northeast are better at picking up my accent than people out west.
