Orientation and the first day of parties went well. Very hard to choose when the time came to vote. I am keeping notes and will write her story when recruitment is over.
By the way... After I spent a lot of time explaining that she is not "dropping" groups, but ranking them in the order that she liked them and would like to return (after the top group), her RC told the group that they could drop 2. Frustrating.
