Just what DubaiSis and APhi4Ever said (thanks for helping clarify on my behalf, ladies!) - I meant to stick up for DG regarding the comment that they "didn't do as well" by getting fewer women than the other chapters. Often the quantity of new members doesn't correspond to how well a chapter recruited. I was trying to avoid a rankings conversation, but perhaps I was a little too oblique.

I thought the GA and/or RFM specialist could withhold QAs if a chapter doesn't follow RFM return and release numbers during recruitment (i.e. they under-invited)? It seems like Greek advisors have a lot of latitude in terms of how they handle QAs.
