Give me my BEEF! I figure if I go to the trouble of getting the grill ready, I'm going to put some juicy steaks on.
I have recently been grilling my vegies though and they alone are soooo gooood that he steak has ALMOST become the side dish.
Mushrooms-red onion-zuccini-bell pepper-fresh greenbeans-marinated in worcestershire, olive oil, liquid smoke and Emiril's seasoning. Um-um good!
