I saw it again tonight. I was in Barnes and Noble, about 9:30 PM and there was a family in there - Mom, Dad and little girl. The girl was about 7 or 8. She had on low rise jeans and a halter top that showed about 4 or 5 inches of her stomach. And apparently mom and dad were just fine with it.
