I'll go out on a limb and say he shouldn't have an issue being Asian at the majority of schools in the Northeast. If there aren't more Asians in IFC fraternities there, it's because they either don't rush at all or rush the historically Asian fraternities. At
some fraternities, yes, but at some fraternities you can't get in unless you drive a Beemer. That doesn't mean all the chapters are like that.
