I second what 33girl and DubaiSis have said. You can be dropped from recruitment if you skip classes to attend recruitment. You are in college, first and foremost, to learn.
I'm sure this isn't the first time this issue has come up at your school. Talk to your recruitment counselor. You may be able to arrange split parties squeezed into your available time (e.g. if parties go for 30 minutes, you spend 14 minutes at one party, your RC pulls you out, you spend 2 minutes running to your next chapter, and you spend 14 minutes at that chapter's party) - that way you can visit everyone, albeit for a shorter time period. Or, if you don't have a full schedule for a given round, your schedule could be arranged such that your breaks are all before 6:30pm so that you miss as few parties as possible for that round.
