Vigegar works, if you use it right after getting the burn. I had never ehard of that until I spent the day out in the sun with my husband just after we met. Redhead...sun...not pretty. He brought me to his house and poured vinegar all over me. It stunk, but the burn didn't hurt the next day, and most of the redness was gone.

My favorite is aloe and always will be. Dermoplast will work, too, but I don't like to spray things on myself when I burn.

BTW, I had blisters/ sun poisoning when I was about 9. (unknown school function outside, going to camp the next day.) The camp nurse made me put Calomine lotion on it.
