I can't tell if the OP is pro or con. I simply know that termination is serious business, indeed, and the OP's "friend" is not going to get away with anything. Not in this day and age. I can't imagine keeping THAT secret for a lifetime: "I was initiated into XF @ Uof?, but I was terminated, so I transferred to Uof! and was initiated into EOP. And I'm just sure I'm never going to ever run into anyone from XF or Uof? for the rest of my lifetime." Yeah, right.
