All of those dresses are the exact same silhouette. If you're not high-waisted, they're all going to hit right above your natural waist and make you look thicker than you are. The proportions look strange on the models, and I'd imagine they'd look stranger on a non-model (high, fitted waist plus short, flared skirt always equals ice skating costume in my head). Have you tried any of these dresses on? Because of course all these concerns are irrelevant if you know the dresses fit well on you. I'm low-waisted so all of those dresses made me cringe, as the waistline would hit somewhere across my rib cage and the super short length on my legs would look like I was missing part of my dress!
