One of my roommates and his girlfriend (also a resident) are super messy. They leave a trail of dirty clothes, laundry, garbage, etc. wherever they go.
I came home one day to raw pork and an ear of corn (with the knife halfway through it) sitting on the counter. I left in the morning and the remnants of the food was still there. Days later, the cutting board migrated to the stove and sat there for a few more days.
Now, this was only a few months ago and we have all lived together for over a year now, so I'm done with cleaning up other people's mess. If you want to like in a shit hole, let's live in a shit hole.
