I feel ya
We had that situation, but when I first joined it was hard to get any decent sorority chicks to come to our parties and do things with us........So we just kept killing them with kindness, and recruiting the good guys we knew.......Then they all came running.......It makes it really easy to rush now....But we have to keep our gaurd up! As far as that triangle achievment thing it looks really good if you have a house to hold it in, plus we are doing fine with hwat we are doing, but I could see larger Universitys and chapters with houses using that model very well!
