There are two kinds of hash that I know of: hashed browns (the julienned potatoes, fried into a pancake like form) and corned beef has (meat and diced taters fried up and served with eggs)...I like the latter, not a fan of the former.
Fave breakfast is eggs, ham, sausage, grits, bagel with cream cheese, side of flapjacks: hearty, fattening and oh so yummmmm!!!
