I'm so glad she came on that cruise with us over spring break. She was feeling good then and swam with the dolphins and turned 18 and got two birthday cakes and got to see three countries she wouldn't have seen otherwise. At the same time, sad for her twin and her mom... because they weren't together on her last birthday. Her twin was on a school trip to Spain while we were on the cruise.
