I think it bears mentioning that as cool as symbols, colours and badges are, the best and most important thing that all 26 NPC members share is a dedication to the higher ideals of their founders, often to be found in their creeds, symphonies and statements of purpose. THAT is what has fueled over 150 years of sisterhood. Living those values is what has made the NPC sororities successful. I really enjoyed writing my NPC Badge Day column this year - I researched all the creeds, etc. Very inspiring!
