Alpha Chi Omega – I love their philanthropy. Awareness of domestic violence is so important.
Alpha Delta Pi – They were the first sorority which automatically makes them awesome, we wouldn’t all be here if it wasn’t for them. And their motto “We live for each other” is beautiful. I feel like that’s how all sororities are, they just put it into words.
Alpha Epsilon Phi – Their mascot is a giraffe! Giraffe’s are my favorite animal, I’m completely obsessed with them.
Alpha Gamma Delta- I cheered with a bunch of girls from this sorority this year and I loved them they were always bubbly and fun. I love their motto “inspire women impact the world” it’s just so powerful.
Alpha Omicron Pi –I love the new member pin because of what it stands for “The binding together of wheat into a sheaf in the new member pin represents individuals bound by the common bond of Alpha Omicron Pi.”
Alpha Phi –Lilly of the Valley is a beautiful flower.
Alpha Sigma Alpha- I love the phoenix and whet it symbolizes. It reminds me of Harry Potter. I have a lot of friends in this chapter and they are all very sweet.
Alpha Sigma Tau- This is my sorority. I love it, everything about it from our colors to our philanthropy to our mottos. I love how we can choose our own mascot for each chapter and of course I love my sisters. I love Alpha Sigma Tau.
Alpha Xi Delta – I love their philanthropy. Also I love their motto “The pen is mightier than the sword” that is definitely something everyone should remember.
Chi Omega – I like the story of how they chose the name chi omega. And I love that their philanthropy is make a wish. it’s such an amazing program.
Delta Delta Delta – I love how their philanthropy, and the symbolism of the pearl, pine, and pansy.
Delta Gamma – Sabrina Bryan is one of their notable sisters. I loved the Cheetah Girls when I was younger. Also they are fellow anchor girls so that makes them awesome.
Delta Phi Epsilon – I love the purple, and that their headquarters is in PA
Delta Zeta – I just met a Delta Zeta yesterday and she was the sweetest person. “To myself,
Faith, That I may walk truly, In the light of the Flame.” this line of their creed is beautiful.
Gamma Phi Beta – I love why their symbol is a crescent moon and that they have chapters in Canada
Kappa Alpha Theta – I love that their colors are black and gold. That is just because of my love for Pittsburgh. I love their philanthropy too, CASA is such a great organization.
Kappa Delta – I love that they have 4 philanthropies. That says to me that they care a lot about giving back which is very important.
Kappa Kappa Gamma – I love that their philanthrophy is about reading, and that their flower is a fluer-de-lis which is a mythical flower.
Phi Mu – I love the shape of their badge, and their philanthropy
Phi Sigma Sigma – I love the Egyptian symbols, I was obsessed with Egypt as a kid.
Pi Beta Phi – i love their badge and new member pins. and that their philanthropy has to do with reading
Sigma Delta Tau – I love their jewel. everyone else has pearls and diamond and rubies, etc. They have Lapis Lazuli. I love their philanthropy and their badge.
Sigma Kappa – I love that their symbol is a dove, and their flower is a violet.
Sigma Sigma Sigma – These girls were actually my favorite during recruitment. All the sigma’s I’ve ever met have been so sweet and nice. I love their colors and their symbols.
Theta Phi Alpha – i love that their symbol is a penguin and that their philanthropy helps the homeless
Zeta Tau Alpha – I have a friend who is in this sorority at a different school. I wish they were at my school because everything about this sorority seems amazing, i love their colors and their philanthropy is very important to me.


By doing this I realized just how great each of these sororities is. Every one seems to have great sisterhoods, great history, and they support amazing causes.
