I heard Delta Zeta would build a brand new house sometime in the next few years. They would possibly buy AEPi's land (which is in back of Pi Phi, in the woods, I hear?).
I have no idea.

ps: can you imagine DZ being located right smack in the middle of Frat Row, in the old Delta Chi house? I mean, my house is on Frat Row, but it's at least a bit seperated, on "West Fraternity Row."
