The one that got me was the one where the vampire came out of the movie screen and terrorized the teens who worked in the theater. I couldn't sleep for a month, convinced he lived in my closet.

*When Ursula dies on The Little Mermaid and you see her skeleton

Thriller video (I still can't watch this alone and at night)
*Ghostface from the Scream movies (again, cannot watch these alone at night)
Aaaaand finally, my fingers would often spasm as I was falling asleep but, being a little kid who knew nothing about muscle spasms, it was much more plausible that little dude from
Leprechaun lived under my pillow and was trying to eat my thumbs.
