This is a bit of a hijack, but it actually helps the WRCs, over time. Breaking quota into freshmen and sophomores means that the freshman quota is lower than a combined quota would be, so the SRCs get fewer freshmen and a few sophomores, rather than getting all freshmen, and leaving the sophomores to the WRCs, who then continue to struggle with numbers because they have women for three years instead of four.

So, in general, I think any campus with a decent number (say, more than 5% of PNM's) of sophomores/juniors rushing should do an upperclassman quota.
