I hope no one thought that I was discouraging someone from going through recruitment! I'm not! Maybe the rules are different from chapter to chapter...I'm not quite sure. I know that we had a woman go through recruitment last year who was married with a child...She didn't get a bid b/c she dropped out. One of my pledge sisters has a two year old...so I know that it's not an issue if you have a child. I was just under the assumption that you had to go alum b/c so many of my sisters did! Oh, well! Anyways, recruitment is the best thing anyone can do and I encourage anyone and everyone to give it a shot! Sorry for the misunderstanings!
