I rushed last year as a sophomore and ended up deciding to drop out in the middle of it. I was not cut by all the chapters but I had a closed mind last year sadly and after being cut by my top choice decided to just quit. I really regret quitting since many of the chapters that invited me back were ones that I enjoyed and had really sweet girls. This year I have been thinking about doing it again. I do think I have improved my application for this year since I have brought by GPA up a lot and have gotten involved on campus with some clubs. I still want to rush though. I think it is a great opportunity that I only have a short amount of time left to experience. Once I'm out of college I think I may regret not doing it.
So here is my question, does bringing up my GPA considerably and joining clubs make my chances any better for getting a bid even though I am now a junior?
Another couple of details: my school is competitive with greek life but also has an upperclassman quota.
Thanks for any advice! Sorry if this question is too similar to ones that have already been asked.

You're not the snowflake you think you are, and if you were, it would make your question about your chances even more ridic, since there'd be no precedent to judge on (which is what a guess on your chances would be even if we were inclined to guess). I'll leave you with this: If you don't rush, you have a 100% chance of not getting a bid (through FR).
