Sure, the university has been sending out a letter
strongly discouraging pledging / recruitment for years, but AFAIK this is the first time it's gone as far as saying recruitment / pledging would be grounds for kicking students out temporarily (I'm assuming Princeton will have some way to let violators back eventually).
