I would expect that the questions will not be much different than any other job interview. At the end of the day they want to know who you are, what your strengths and weaknesses, and how you'll fit in to the existing staff. In my experience interviewing for assistantships and jobs in Greek Life I was surprised that I was not talking about anything fraternal at all.
ThT being said chi-o cat has given you some excellent questions that you should certainly be prepared to answer.
