ITs amazing how guys come out of the woodwork when freshmen move in. Guys that live off campus find reasons to hang out on, and even guys that are a couple years out seem to find reasons to "visit".

More girls break-up with their long-term-stay-at-home-safety-boyfriend during this time than any other. Or worse string the poor loser along for a semester while cheating on him.

Amazing the amount of girls that cheat. I have friends that actually look for girls that have stay at home boy friends, they maintain that they are the easiest girls to pick up with a little effort. Just got to make them feel desirable and play upon their sense of lonlines.

Fresh meat. But you have to be quick. The meat spoils quickly. They lose that bright eyed quality pretty quick.
