I was sixteen, so I had just gotten my drivers license. One night I was driving my mom and dad's car to cheerleading practice. But since it was really dark outside, I didn't see the corner of the median. When I went to turn, I hit the corner, driving over the median, damaging the steering. The steering was so bad, that the wheel literally had to be turned as if you were making a left turn in order to keep the car straight. I turned around and went home crying, and I missed cheerleading practice because, I just knew that my dad was going to be mad at me. He was mad, but not as mad as he was when I was 8 years old.

I collected a lot of insects and put them in a jar, but the lid wasn't closed as tightly as it should have been. That night, while we were all sleeping, our cat knocked it over, and all of the bugs got out, and were flying around the house the next morning. My parents told me to leave the jar outside, but I disobeyed them and brought it inside. It's just that I wanted to look at the bugs in my bedroom. It was so many different kinds buzzing around that my parents had to fog the house. They were so mad at me.
