I just finished my freshman year at UF (and I did summer B too)and he's pretty much on target here. But the ho activity does not end after rush. It goes right on through homecoming week, football game latenights, and the rest of the year. I'm not saying this is limited to only freshmen sorority girls, it goes for all girls who have this set in their agendas (though upperclassmen are usually more focused on the real world and already have boyfriend-almost-husbands) . Most freshmen (boys included) are a little out-of-control.

Freshmen girls, be careful. Listen to your older sisters b/c they've been there and done that and know what's up. Just because the guy is older than you does not mean he's trustworthy. Have a buddy system and never let your friends go unaccounted for. Don't "hang out" with too many guys from the same fraternity...you will quickly be labelled. Don't wear your letters when you're drinking.
