I was south of Reagan Airport on the Virginia side of the river, and had a fabulous view, but didn't get pictures.
This is full circle for me: I saw the very first launch and the return-to-space launch from Cape Canaveral and I saw Discovery piggybacked on the SCA years ago while it was parked in Denver. This was like finishing the book.
