I'm also trying to get used to women wearing pants at church especially since they didn't start until a couple of years ago. When I was growing up--if you were a woman and wore pants it was because it was the winter time and you were going from your car to the building. I still believe in the skirts and suits.

During the invitation to membership--Ministers that identify the side of the church, the row and sometimes the seat that the potential new member is located. I went to one church where that happened.
