It absolutely doesn't guarantee a bid. But it
might keep you from getting dropped right away. Better to have it than not. FSUZeta is right - all the Samford groups are good. Do NOT go in thinking you'll only accept A or B and not consider C, D, and E. You don't have as much power as you think.
