Exactly! I'll reference my earlier post about the difference between California, where it's not unheard-of for an organization to have 15+ chapters, to Louisiana, where Phi Mu has more than TWICE AS MANY chapters as any other single organization.

But also, you have to look at the size of the school and Greek system, etc. Campuses (campi?) with three orgs and quota of 15 aren't going to produce nearly as many total alumnae or individual org alumnae as a campus with twelve orgs and quota at 65.
