Since people are so up in arms about Puck "bashing DZ". I guess we should be up in arms about CSI-Miami perpetuating the "horrors" of greek life.

If anyone watched last nights episode it was about a sorority members being killed, but in the flashback sequences you learn that the members humiliated the members by having them stand in front of the chapter (on a table no less) in skimpy clothing where the members told them what was wrong with their bodies.

Some might say "oh well CSI-Miami used a fake sorority", but if people are so up in arms over the comment that was made on another "fake" TV show, why be biased? Why not be up in arms over the stereotypes that CSI-Miami is throwing around?

The reality is they are BOTH T.V. shows and as another greekchatter pointed out until we as a whole change how greek life is perceived, these stereotypes are going to continue to be used in the media. Demanding that the media "show us respect" is retarded when we (greek life as whole) can't respect each other (other sororities, fraternities, our own members).

You can't demand respect, you earn respect. Unfortunately, greek life hasn't earned the respect because of the horrible things that we do that continue to make the news.
