I was a founding member of my chapter and remember how wonderful and exciting the experience is. Great advice given by the other posters here but I wanted to add that you should try and mingle and get to know a few of the other pnm's as the colonization team will be impressed by your ability to interact with and bond with the pnm's who will potentially be your sisters. Specifically what I mean is be friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic with the other pnm's on that philanthropy day as they will be evaluating your ability to work with others.
