But I didn't gain any of it back - and that's perfectly OK with me. I'm rededicated this year, and I have to say - it is SO LIVEABLE.

This thread is fabulous! Thanks so much for posting the new information about the new plain (Points 2012). I have all the materials I got last year and was worried a lot had changed again. About 10 years ago I lost 30 pounds on the old Points system, but unfortunately gained it all back a few years after that after returning to school and other personal stresses going on at the time. I'd love to lose 40 pounds but I keep falling off the WW wagon...
