Point of clarification. Arkansas will likely be bringing on 2 chapters at once. They currently have something like 1500 girls going through rush for 8 chapters. Do you go to Arkansas? Or possibly South Carolina? Then your argument might be valid and you can flounce off in a huff. If you go to a school where there are something like 200 girls going through rush and 4 chapters (with a 5th set to recolonize), you're just being pissy because you didn't get into any of the good houses and don't understand the point of recolonization.
Even IU with all the associated problems and huge numbers of girls going bidless every year is only bringing on one new chapter at a time.
If I were you, I would start doing some research on this sorority that is recolonizing and see if you can't repair your attitude. And then I would spend some quality time with yourself to determine what went wrong during rush. Colonies are not shoo-in options where you get to join just because you want to and any big issues you had before that go unresolved are likely going to continue to bite you in the ass.
