Every once in a while I can feel it when my blood sugar dips (I'm not diabetic) and I get all shakey and a little dizzy. I just got that again and had my Smart Ones (weight watchers brand) for lunch. Still felt like crap and ate some grapes. Still didn't feel well, so I had some Cheez Its (an individual bag) and finally started feeling better. 13 points later I'm done with lunch

I guess my question is did anyone have any issues adjusting to the plan? Is this normal and just my body adjusting? Should I be easing into it?

I'm worried that I'm not eating enough. I mean, I know it's a diet, lol, but I'm thinking that I may not be eating the right foods. I feel like I'm getting to my point totals really quickly. Thank God for flex points or I'd starve!
Day 3 was the worst for me! I felt much like you, but AOII Angel is correct in saying that you need to figure out how YOU eat. I don't like to eat a lot in the morning, so I load up on Greek yogurt for the protein and nibble on fruit until lunchtime - take advantage of the fact that many fruits and veggies are essentially zero points. Snack-sized Ziploc bags are your friend when you're craving junk food but don't want to completely blow your points. She's also correct in saying that using a lot of your flex points slows down weight loss. Also, make sure you're drinking PLENTY of water - sometimes, what you feel as hunger may actually be your body's need for liquids.

Oh - I've been on the plan exactly one month as of today, and I'm down 7.2 pounds! I know I'll eventually hit a plateau, but only 32.8 more pounds to go until I hit what I weighed in college - my goal weight. Yeah!
